President Trump says he's not worried about impeachment as Democrats and House work on what to do next following special counsel Robert Muller's report. AP's Mike Gracio has more.

House Democrats pressing forward on the Russia investigation have issued a subpoena for testimony from former White House counsel Don McGahn. In a statement, House Judiciary Committee chairman Jerrold Naddler said the special counsel's report even in redacted outlines substantial evidence that President Trump engaged in obstruction and other abuses. According to the Muller report, McGahn told investigators he declined to follow up on a call from President Trump on June 17th 2017 directing him to remove special counsel Robert Muller. With some Democrats calling for impeachment proceedings, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is counseling members to go after facts. Mike Gracio, Washington. During a conference call by Democrats this evening, Naddler and other committee chairs said they're investigating Trump-related matters ranging from potential obstruction to his personal and business taxes.

 

The President has signed a memo asking White House officials to find ways to limit or suspend entry to the U.S. of people from countries that have high rate of visa overstays. In the memo, Trump Tri-c administration's considering developing admission bonds paid by the people entering the country which would be repaid when they leave in an effort to improve compliance. Officials say 20 countries have overstay rates of more than 10%.

 

Police released video of a man suspected of killing 2 Indiana teenagers 2 years ago and urged the public to scrutinize a footage which shows him walking on abandoned railroad bridge. State Police superintendent Doug Carter also release a composite sketch of the suspect.

"What will those closest to you think of when they find out you brutally murdered 2 little girls. 2 childern. Only a coward would do such a thing."

Samsung's next big thing is in a holding pattern. Perhaps you've heard about the folding cellphones Samsung was supposed to release this Friday. That's been postponed after several journalists reported issues with the Galaxy Fold last week while test review copies. Some said the phone's inside screen stopped working, others removed it out of plastic layer that was meant to stay on and protect of the screen from scratches. Samsung also says there could be issues when pressure is put on hinges that open and close the phone so they're working on fixes. And that's a good idea cause the price of this phone 2,000 dollars. In Mexico city earlier today. Officials shouting people should quickly evacuates swinging buildings during a magnitude 5.4 earthquake that hit some 250 miles away in Southern Mexico. There are no reports of damage or injuries from that quake. I'm Tim McGuire. AP Radio News.
