A lawsuit has been filed by House Democrats against President Trump. They're trying to block his use of emergency fudning to construct the border wall. A similar lawsuit was filed by California's Attorney General, Xavier Becerra.

"If you want to build something using taxpayer money, you gotta get permission the way previous presidents have always done."

President Trump visited the Mexico border at Calexico, California Today. He says it's time to tell would-be-migrants that the U.S. is full. Trump was asked about former vice President Joe Biden possibly entering the presidential race and would Biden be a threat to the incumbent.

"He's been there a long time. His record is not good.  He'd have to run on the Obama failed record."

 

Meanwhile the former vice President addressed his touching scandal at a forum with union workers. He hugged the president of the IBEW. Lonnie Stephenson.

"I just want you to know I had permission to hug Lonnie."

 

A jury in in Las Vegas has rejected former senate leader Harry Reid's lawsuit against the maker of an excercise band. Reid suffered serious injuries in 2015 including blindness in one eye. He was using the band and he fell.

 

The Consumer Product Safety Comission says that infant older than 3 months or those who can roll over by themselves should not be placed in a Fisher-Price Rock & Play. Multiple deaths have been reported. They say they were aware of it at least 10 cases in which babies suffocated because they were able to roll onto their stomach or sidewall unrestrained.

 

Mick Jagger's spokesman says the rock star is recovering from a successful medical procedure. This is AP Radio News.

 

It's the final 4 in college baskerball tomorrow night. Pitting(?) Virginia against Auburn after Michigan State takes on Texas Tech. To get to the final 4, Michigan State knocked off the tournament's overall top seed Duke putting the spartans 2 wins away from bringing home a 3rd national title in school history. They'll take on Texas Tech in the 2nd semi final contest Red Raiders have never even been to a final 4 but they have the big 12 player of the year and Jerry Colbert, the sophmore guard avergaing 19-point per game, the highest of any player on the 4 remaining teams. The opening semi final match up pits Auburn against Virigina. Mark Myers, Minneapolis.

 

Havard Univertisy is denying any link to the college admission scandal and its fencing coach receiving double the assessed value of his home from a father whose son Dan got into the prestigeous school and joined the fencing team. Reported by the Boston (?)
