House Democrats have filed a lawsuit against President Trump. They're trying to block his decloration of a border emergency to use Pentagon funding for a border wall. At the border in Calexico, California.

The President described in an enhance the border wall as he met with Immigration agents. He's alleging that many of those at the border claiming they need asylum are fakes.

"They're gang members and they say I fear for my life. They're the ones that are causing fear for life."

The FBI says an Ohio man who authorities say falsely claimed to be an Illinois boy has made similar claims before. 23 year old Brian Rini was arrested for falsely reporting that he was Timmothy Pitzen, a little boy who disppeared in 2011 in Aurora, Illinois. Rini told the authorities he watched the TV show recently about Pitzen and told investogators that he was that child.

Boeing says it's scaling back production of new 737 max jets as it works to correct 2 software problems. And Ethiopian authorities have released more details about a faulty sensor that doomed a jet last month.

"The report based on flight data and cockpit voice recorders on the Boeing 737 max 8 show the faulty sensor on the plane had stopped a series of events that caused the pilot to lose control of the plane ending in a crash so violent, it reduced the plance to shreds and pieces, killing everyone on board. While Boeing continues to work on its software updates, Max jets remain grounded worldwide. The CEO said the company is taking a comprehensive disciplined approach to fixing the flight control software. I'm Karen Chmmas."
